Commercial Real Estate / Corporate Transactional Associate (Mid-Level)

Our firm is seeking a mid-level associate with at least 3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate and/or corporate transactional matters to join our growing practice.

RHPH represents clients in a wide range of sophisticated real estate and business transactions.
Our real estate team assists clients through the full life cycle of a project—from acquisition and financing to joint ventures, development, leasing, and disposition.
Our corporate team advises clients across diverse industries and provides practical, business-oriented solutions throughout all stages of a company’s operations.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will contribute to complex transactional matters with increasing responsibility and direct client interaction. This role offers substantive, hands-on experience within a collaborative team that values high-quality work and professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Handle a mix of commercial real estate and corporate transactions, including acquisitions, financings, joint ventures, leasing, development, and general business matters
  • Assist in structuring, negotiating, and closing complex deals
  • Provide practical, solutions-oriented counsel to clients across industries
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and competing priorities

Qualifications

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate and/or corporate transactions
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Excellent writing and communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple active matters in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, detail-focused, team-oriented approach
