Adam Hirschfeld is one of the founding partners of RHPH. Adam has vast experience in the field of retail leasing as both in-house counsel and outside counsel. Adam’s practice specifically focuses on the representation of: (i) retail landlords in the negotiation of anchor tenant and junior anchor tenant leases; and (ii) retail tenants, ranging from a regional department store to developing restaurant concepts in connection with leasing matters. Adam currently acts as the lead leasing counsel for multiple projects, including major mixed-use developments, retail property re-developments, and single-box anchor store re-developments. Adam also provides general counsel services to many clients in his outside counsel role. Adam has conducted multiple speaking presentations at the ICSC Law Conference and is currently a member of the ICSC Law Conference Planning Committee. Adam resides in Gaithersburg, MD with his wife Jaime, and sons Nathan and Andrew, where he spends most of his free time exercising, cheering for Cleveland professional sports franchises, or watching his sons play soccer.
