Bryan Gershkowitz
Bryan is Counsel with RHPH and represents clients on a wide range of sophisticated commercial real estate matters, including the acquisition, entitlement, development, leasing, operations, financing, and disposition of all types of assets throughout the United States. Bryan deals with nearly all real estate asset classes, and has extensive experience in hospitality, multi-family, mixed-use, and residential developments, as well as distressed loan workouts. Bryan also regularly represents clients in the structuring of real estate joint ventures with both private and institutional equity, as well as representing sponsors and investors in negotiating and documenting such arrangements.
In addition to representing both lenders and borrowers in all facets of real estate transactions in private practice, prior to joining RHPH, Bryan also served as General Counsel to several vertically integrated multi-family real estate investment and development companies and their affiliated entities where he was responsible for the oversight of all legal transactions, litigation, corporate structuring and governance, legal and regulatory compliance, risk management and loss mitigation.
