Hanna Rosenfeld’s practice focuses primarily on commercial real estate law with an emphasis on retail leasing and office leasing. She is regularly involved in the drafting and negotiation of lease documents for a broad range of asset classes, including first-class office buildings and retail centers of all varieties.
A native Georgian, Hanna graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law where she received the prestigious Rafuse Scholarship for Graduate Assistants. While there, she routinely mediated court cases between landlords and tenants. Prior to law school, Hanna worked as a lobbyist at the Georgia General Assembly and served as an AmeriCorps Volunteer in New Orleans. Outside of the office, Hanna enjoys hiking and exploring Atlanta’s great food scene.
