Jesse O. Kaba

Jesse, a partner with RHPH, represents and advises his clients on a wide range of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, entitlement, development, leasing, operation, financing, and disposition of all classes and types of assets, in all parts of the United States. Jesse deals with nearly all types and classes of real estate assets, and has extensive experience in medical office, multi-family developments, mixed-use projects, residential developments, retail shopping centers, and manufacturing/industrial properties. Jesse regularly counsels clients in the structuring and negotiation of real estate joint ventures, and represents sponsors and investors in negotiating and documenting such arrangements.

Jesse previously served as the General Counsel of Crown Holdings Group, and its affiliated entities, and was responsible for the legal oversight of all Crown transactions, in addition to the management and coordination of all issues related to corporate governance, legal and regulatory compliance, risk management, and loss and liability mitigation, and guided Crown with respect to its 2.5 million square foot retail portfolio, its acquisition, financing, operation, and disposition of over $1.3 billion in multi-family assets, its ground-up development of retail, office, residential, and mixed-use developments, and generally in with in connection with its debt and equity partners, which included institutional offshore investors.

Jesse holds both a Bachelor of Arts and a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Georgia, and is admitted to practice in the State of Georgia.

When not working, Jesse is usually spending time with his family, or busy mountain biking, fishing, hiking, playing guitar, or watching the Georgia Bulldogs football team.
