Lou Papera has a wide range of experience in commercial leasing, construction and development of commercial properties, property sales and purchase, and other commercial real estate transactions. Lou has assisted owners, asset managers, property managers and brokers in acquiring, leasing, operating and selling office buildings, office parks, industrial buildings, retail centers and mixed-used projects. He has also represented owners in connection with billboard and other outdoor advertising leases. Lou assists his clients with management matters relating to commercial properties, such as drafting and negotiation of leasing agreements, management agreements, temporary occupancy agreements, work letter agreements, escrow agreements, indemnification agreements, non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements and private club membership agreements. Prior to joining KKG, Lou was a Partner at Pursley Friese Torgrimson.
In his spare time, Lou enjoys hiking, kayaking, travel and spending time with his family.
