Madeline’s practice focuses on commercial real estate and commercial lending, with an emphasis on government-guaranteed lending. She regularly represents lenders and borrowers in connection with all types of secured and unsecured loan transactions. Her experience includes the representation of national and regional lenders in connection with acquisition financing, construction financing, and government-guaranteed financing.

Madeline currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Georgia Quality Lender’s Circle, a non-profit association for banks, non-bank lenders, certified development companies, and other professionals, and service providers that are active in the origination, support, management, and liquidation of government guaranteed small business loans. Madeline has also been selected for two consecutive years as a Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in the area of Banking and Finance Law for the years 2024-2025.

Prior to joining Ruda Hirschfeld Papera & Hoffman LLP, Madeline was a Senior Associate in the Commercial Finance Group of an Atlanta-based law firm. When Madeline is not in the office, she enjoys running, spending time with her two mini-goldendoodles and playing with her two nieces.
