Taylor Owens focuses primarily on commercial leasing involving a broad range of asset classes, including first class office buildings, retail centers, industrial developments, and mixed-use facilities. He is regularly involved in the negotiation and drafting of commercial lease documents, as well as advising property owners on operational matters such as property management issues and lease enforcement.
Taylor also has significant litigation experience, with an emphasis on complex business, real estate, and contract disputes. Taylor has argued before judges throughout Georgia at the State and Federal level and has engaged in every aspect of litigation from inception through trial and appellate proceedings.
