Bill Berg, is a partner practicing in RHPH’s Real Estate Group, and had formerly been with Kitchens Kelley Gaynes, P.C. since 1986. He regularly represents clients in the leasing, operations, purchase and sale and financing of retail, office, industrial, medical office and mixed use projects. His client engagements frequently include negotiating, structuring and drafting leases, ground leases, purchase and sale agreements and loan documents, as well as advising property owners on operational matters such as property management issues, lease enforcement, construction and lien issues, vendor disputes and brokerage commission issues. Bill also has considerable experience in general business and commercial law.
After graduating magna cum laude from Wabash College in 1979, Bill obtained his law degree from Emory University in 1982. He spent the first eight years of his law practice primarily as a litigation attorney. When not in the office, Bill enjoys playing tennis and spending time with his wife Carol and with his daughters Ellie and Erica.
