Ruda Hirschfeld Papera & Hoffman LLP is pleased to welcome Jess M. Hart to the firm as Counsel.
Jess joins RHPH with significant in-house legal experience in the retail leasing industry, where he advised on landlord-tenant matters, leasing strategy, lease negotiation, risk management, and a wide range of legal issues impacting real estate operations.
Earlier in his career, Jess held legal roles within large real estate organizations and in private practice, where he developed experience in leasing, transactional matters, and business-focused legal strategy.

Jess is admitted to practice in Ohio and has been licensed since 2008. He earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from The University of Akron School of Law in 2008, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, magna cum laude, from Coastal Carolina University in 2004.
Jess is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), reflecting his engagement in both the legal and commercial real estate communities.
Jess is based in Ohio and will work closely with attorneys across the firm to support client needs.
